We hope you love everything you order from us! But if something doesn’t work out, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Please note — customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
💌 How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wildazaleaboutique.com to start your return. Once it’s approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address.
(Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.)
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Include a photo if possible — that helps us resolve it quickly!
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Custom or personalized orders
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want and send the original back for a refund once it’s approved. or you can email me and I will help you out!
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if it was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
(Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to post the refund.)
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your refund, please reach out to us at support@wildazaleaboutique.com.
