1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wild Azalea Boutique LLC (“Sponsor”) are not eligible.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 08/27/2025 and ends on 10/26/2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Entrants may receive entries by completing any of the following actions during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Make a purchase at Wild Azalea Boutique (online or in-store).
• Like any official Wild Azalea Boutique post on social media.
• Comment on any official Wild Azalea Boutique post on social media.
• Subscribe to our newsletter via wildazaleaboutique.com.

Limit one entry per action per day, per person. Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an authentic Louis Vuitton Bag (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $2,000). Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/27/2025 from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email or direct message via social media. If winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of any prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law principles.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
